The Human Resources Management Diploma is designed to meet the needs of the local labor market for this specialization. Training is delivered in five modules (Attendance learning), each lasting eight weeks, totaling no more than 79 credit hours and 1696 contact training hours, in addition to 490 hours of practical training in the workplace.
The program covers specialized skills in job analysis, human resources planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, human resources training and development, compensation and payroll management, civil service management, English terminology in human resources management, and computer applications in human resources. It also includes general skills such as computer applications, Islamic culture, Arabic and English languages, mathematics, career guidance, and professional conduct. Graduates of this program are awarded an associate degree in Human Resources Management from the Department of Administrative Technology, and are expected to work in the following fields: Recruitment Coordinator, Human Resources Specialist, Customer Relations Supervisor, Personnel Specialist, Training Specialist, Job Classification Specialist, Payroll Auditor, Personnel Supervisor, Payroll Officer, Assistant Human Resources Manager.
